Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service and high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and manage the bar's beverage menu, including cocktails, wine, and spirits, focusing on seasonal specials and signature creations.
• Manage inventory, stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and minimize waste.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage bar staff, fostering a positive and professional team atmosphere.
• Ensure adherence to all licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor bar performance, manage budgets, and contribute to profitability targets.

Requirements
