About the Role

Our client is looking for a vibrant and experienced Bar Manager to lead operations at a stylish bar in Liverpool . This role involves overseeing all aspects of the bar, including staff management, inventory control, customer service, and maintaining a lively yet professional atmosphere. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and product quality.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage bar staff effectively.
• Develop and maintain an appealing and profitable drinks menu, including signature cocktails.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, stock control, and cost management for all bar supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing laws, health, and safety regulations.
• Engage with customers, handle feedback, and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager, ideally in a busy establishment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and bar operations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience with stocktaking and inventory management software.
