About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of bar operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training.
• Develop and maintain an exciting and profitable beverage menu, including cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Oversee inventory management, stock control, and ordering to minimise waste and maximise profit.
• Ensure the highest standards of customer service are met, creating a welcoming and engaging environment.
• Maintain strict adherence to licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and cleanliness standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and mixology.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience with stock control, inventory management, and costings.
• Personal Licence Holder qualification is an advantage.
