Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of bar operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training.
• Develop and curate an innovative and appealing drinks menu, including cocktails, wines, and beers.
• Manage beverage inventory, control costs, and ensure efficient stock rotation.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and health and safety standards.
• Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests, providing exceptional service.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience with inventory management and cost control.
• Personal Licence Holder (or willingness to obtain one).
