About the Role

Our client is seeking an engaging and skilled Bartender to join the lively bar team at a popular establishment in the heart of Bristol . This role involves preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, interacting with guests, maintaining a clean and organised bar area, and contributing to a positive atmosphere. You will be a key part of the hospitality experience, ensuring guests receive prompt, friendly, and efficient service, enhancing the reputation of the venue in vibrant Bristol . The ideal candidate has a passion for mixology and excellent customer service abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines, and spirits, to a high standard.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, equipment, and stock.
• Manage inventory, restock bar supplies, and report any stock shortages to management.
• Process payments accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Adhere to all responsible service of alcohol guidelines and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar bar service role.
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages, mixology, and cocktail preparation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
