Bartender

About the Role

Our client is looking for an engaging and skilled Bartender to join their vibrant bar team in Bristol . You will be responsible for crafting a variety of classic and signature cocktails, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar area. This role requires a passion for mixology, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and flair.
• Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, including washing glasses, cleaning surfaces, and organizing stock.
• Manage inventory and assist with stock rotation and ordering as needed.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Ensure compliance with all responsible service of alcohol regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar bar service role.
• Proficiency in mixology and knowledge of classic cocktails.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
