Bartender

About the Role

Our client is looking for a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join a vibrant team at a popular establishment in Norwich . You will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, from classic cocktails to premium spirits and beers, ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires a passion for mixology, efficiency, and a friendly personality to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. You will be a key player in delivering an enjoyable and memorable experience for our guests in Norwich .

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and making recommendations.
• Mix a variety of classic and contemporary cocktails according to recipes and standards.
• Manage bar inventory, including stock checks, ordering, and responsible alcohol service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and equipment.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately, performing till reconciliations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar bar role.
• Knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A responsible attitude towards alcohol service and legal compliance.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and potentially holidays.
