Pastoral & Behaviour Support - Ashford, Surrey Secondary School | Part-Time (Wed-Fri) | Early November until Christmas Break Horizon Teachers is looking for a confident, resilient Pastoral and Behaviour Support Assistant to join a well-regarded secondary school in Ashford, Surrey on a fixed-term basis. This is a hands-on role supporting students and staff in the run-up to Christmas, with a mix of pastoral work and general cover.

The role

Pastoral and behaviour support, with some general cover supervision Wednesday to Friday (3 days a week) Start: beginning of November, running until the Christmas break Supporting students with behaviour, engagement, and wellbeing Competitive daily rate, dependent on experienceWe’re looking for someone who:

Has experience in a pastoral, behaviour support, or cover supervisor role in a secondary setting Is confident managing challenging behaviour calmly and consistently Builds positive relationships quickly with students and staff Is reliable, adaptable, and happy to step into cover when needed Holds an Enhanced DBS on the update service (or is willing to obtain one)Why apply through Horizon Teachers:
