About the Role

This senior leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in hotel operations, financial management, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for the overall success of the hotel, leading a dedicated team and ensuring the property upholds its reputation for excellence within the competitive Northern Ireland hospitality market. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations, including F&B, accommodation, sales, marketing, and finance.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize profitability and market share.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the senior management team and all hotel staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure the highest standards of guest service are consistently delivered, fostering customer loyalty.
• Manage budgets, P&L statements, and financial reporting, identifying areas for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance with all legal, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a General Manager or senior executive role within the hotel industry.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and profitability.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent financial management skills and understanding of hotel P&L.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, sales, marketing, and customer service principles.
