This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in bid writing, tender coordination or social value who is looking for a varied role with the flexibility of working three days per week. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate, write and manage high-quality bid and tender submissions from initial opportunity through to final submission. Develop persuasive social value responses that align with client requirements, procurement frameworks and evaluation criteria. Work closely with directors and senior management to develop and deliver the company's social value strategy. Assist with business development initiatives, networking events, stakeholder engagement and identifying new opportunities. Build relationships with local schools, colleges, charities, community organisations and supply chain partners to support meaningful social value outcomes. Help capture and communicate social value achievements, ensuring the company's commitments and community impact are effectively demonstrated. The ideal candidate will have experience in bid coordination, bid writing, social value, marketing or business development, ideally within construction, engineering, infrastructure, property or the wider built environment.

You will be an organised and proactive individual with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the confidence to work independently while collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Key skills and experience will include:

Experience preparing bids, tenders, PQQs or social value submissions. Excellent written communication skills and the ability to produce persuasive, client-focused content. An understanding of the construction or wider built environment sector. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
