Bid Writer & Proposals Lead - Hybrid, £60k, Car Allowance

Bidrecruitment is seeking an experienced Bid Writer to join its Hertfordshire team and take ownership of producing high quality bid submissions across education, heritage, commercial, public buildings and social housing.

You will manage the bid process from receipt to submission, work closely with estimators and operational teams, and help strengthen the work winning function during a period of positive change. The package includes a £60k base salary, £6k car allowance and hybrid working.
