About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative BIM Architect to join their fully remote team and drive the implementation and advancement of Building Information Modeling strategies. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining BIM standards, workflows, and protocols across various projects. You will work closely with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure the effective use of BIM for design, coordination, and project delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards , protocols, and best practices for projects.
• Lead the coordination of BIM models with external consultants and project stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and workflows.
• Generate project documentation and visualizations from BIM models for design reviews and client presentations.
• Collaborate with IT departments to ensure optimal performance and integration of BIM software and hardware.
• Stay abreast of emerging BIM technologies and trends, recommending adoption where beneficial.

Requirements

• Professional qualification in Architecture with a strong emphasis on BIM.
• Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in architectural practice with a focus on BIM implementation and management.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and a strong understanding of other BIM-related software and platforms.
• Knowledge of international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) is highly desirable.
• Ability to develop and deliver BIM training programs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a capacity for remote collaboration.
