About the Role

Our client is seeking a proficient BIM Architect to join their expanding, fully remote team. This role is crucial for driving the effective use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) across a variety of architectural projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and data management. You will work closely with a dispersed team of architects, technologists, and consultants, leveraging digital tools to deliver high-quality, coordinated designs. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM strategies and protocols for architectural projects.
• Create and manage BIM models in Revit , ensuring data accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate models with other disciplines (structural, MEP) using collaboration platforms.
• Conduct clash detection analysis and resolve issues proactively.
• Develop and maintain BIM content libraries and standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the design team on BIM best practices.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with significant experience in BIM workflows.
• Expertise in Revit and a strong understanding of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate complex BIM models.
• Excellent understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, essential for remote collaboration.
• Experience in training or mentoring others on BIM software.
