About the Role

You will be responsible for developing and implementing BIM strategies, managing models, and ensuring seamless collaboration among project stakeholders in a virtual environment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and management of BIM processes across various architectural projects.
- Develop and maintain federated models, ensuring data integrity and adherence to project protocols.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication among design teams, consultants, and contractors using BIM platforms.
- Create detailed architectural designs and documentation within a BIM environment.
- Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and workflows.
- Conduct clash detection and model analysis to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
Requirements
- Fully qualified Architect with significant experience in BIM environments.
- Expert proficiency in Revit and a strong understanding of other BIM software (e.g., Navisworks, Solibri).
- Demonstrable experience in developing and managing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
- Knowledge of Level 2 BIM standards and their application.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage workload in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams.
