About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of biotechnology projects, including R&D, preclinical, and clinical phases.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate activities between internal research teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with scientific standards and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of project milestones and objectives within a hybrid work setting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of drug development processes, R&D pipelines, and regulatory affairs (e.g., FDA, EMA).
• Proficiency in project management software and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid team environment.
• A scientific degree (e.g., PhD, MSc) in a relevant field is highly preferred.
