About the Role

Our client is seeking a visionary Blockchain Architect & Strategist to lead the technical direction of their initiatives in the Crypto & Blockchain sector. This is a fully remote, senior-level position where you will be responsible for designing innovative blockchain solutions, defining technical roadmaps, and ensuring the scalability, security, and efficiency of our client's platforms. You will work closely with executive leadership and engineering teams to translate complex business goals into tangible blockchain strategies, driving adoption and future growth from anywhere in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect robust, scalable, and secure blockchain solutions tailored to business needs.
• Develop and maintain the technical roadmap for blockchain initiatives, identifying key technologies and platforms.
• Evaluate emerging blockchain technologies, protocols, and trends, recommending adoption where appropriate.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security best practices, and regulatory requirements in the digital asset space .
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective blockchain strategies.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in software architecture and engineering, with a deep specialization in blockchain technology .
• Proven track record of designing and implementing complex blockchain solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of various blockchain protocols (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, Polkadot) and consensus mechanisms.
• Experience with smart contract development and decentralized application (dApp) architecture.
• Strong understanding of cryptography, network security, and distributed systems.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills for a remote leadership role .
