About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive blockchain architectures, selecting appropriate platforms, protocols, and consensus mechanisms.
• Develop technical blueprints and roadmaps for blockchain solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate emerging blockchain technologies and recommend solutions for adoption.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of deployed blockchain systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software architecture and design, with a significant focus (4+ years) on blockchain technologies.
• Expertise in multiple blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, Polkadot) and distributed ledger concepts.
• Proven experience architecting complex, enterprise-grade blockchain solutions.
• Deep understanding of cryptography, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication abilities.
• Experience leading technical teams and driving architectural decisions.
