About the Role

Our client is seeking an analytical and innovative Blockchain Data Scientist to join their growing team in Bristol . Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and process large datasets from various blockchain networks and sources.
• Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to analyze blockchain data, identify patterns, and forecast trends.
• Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and evaluate the impact of different strategies.
• Visualize complex data in clear and compelling ways for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate data-driven insights into product development and business strategy.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and blockchain analytics.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in data science, with demonstrable experience working with large-scale datasets, preferably including blockchain data .
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R, and relevant data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, comfortable working in a hybrid setup in Bristol .
