Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement new features and improvements for the core blockchain protocol .
• Optimize network performance, transaction throughput, and consensus mechanisms.
• Write secure, efficient, and well-tested code in languages such as Go, Rust, or C++.
• Collaborate with researchers and other engineers to explore and implement advanced cryptographic techniques.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of protocol components, ensuring robustness and reliability.
• Contribute to the technical documentation and specification of the blockchain protocol.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Cryptography, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in systems programming and software engineering, with a focus on blockchain technology .
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, network protocols, and consensus algorithms.
• Proficiency in one or more relevant programming languages (e.g., Go, Rust, C++).
• Experience with cryptography, including secure coding practices and algorithm implementation.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
