Blockchain Project Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Blockchain Project Manager to lead key initiatives within their organization in Reading . You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex blockchain projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of the Crypto & Blockchain landscape, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to navigate the unique challenges of decentralized technology development. Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Manage project execution, track progress, and identify/mitigate risks and issues proactively.
• Facilitate communication among project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment.
• Oversee budget management and resource allocation for all assigned blockchain projects.
• Ensure adherence to project methodologies, quality standards, and best practices in the blockchain space.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager , with a significant track record managing blockchain or cryptocurrency projects.
• Solid understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, dApps, and related concepts.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
