Blockchain Project Manager

About the Role

Our client is looking for a dynamic and organized Blockchain Project Manager to lead their projects in Bristol . This role requires a blend of technical understanding of crypto and blockchain technologies and exceptional project management skills. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of blockchain initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. You will liaise with development teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes and foster strong working relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close blockchain projects, managing all phases from initiation to deployment.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in project management and blockchain development methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with at least 2 years managing projects in the blockchain or cryptocurrency domain.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus.
