About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished and proactive Blockchain Project Manager to lead complex projects from inception to completion in Glasgow . You will be responsible for defining project scope, managing timelines, allocating resources, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative blockchain solutions . This role requires a strong understanding of agile methodologies, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a solid grasp of the crypto and blockchain landscape. You will play a key role in driving the company's strategic initiatives in this cutting-edge field.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Manage and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Oversee the day-to-day execution of blockchain projects , ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Communicate project progress, issues, and risks effectively to senior management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager , with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects.
• Experience managing projects within the blockchain or cryptocurrency space is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, particularly Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to understand technical concepts related to blockchain technology.
