Blockchain Project Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Blockchain Project Manager to lead and deliver complex blockchain initiatives in Edinburgh . You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a strong understanding of blockchain technology and methodologies, combined with exceptional leadership and communication skills. You will act as a key liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients, driving success in the dynamic Crypto & Blockchain sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple blockchain projects simultaneously.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions effectively to all stakeholders in Edinburgh .

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years focused on blockchain or technology projects .
• Proven experience managing complex software development projects, preferably within the Crypto & Blockchain industry.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, adapted for blockchain development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and build strong working relationships.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools relevant to technology projects in Edinburgh .
