About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

• Facilitate communication between technical teams, business units, and external partners.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a significant portion focused on blockchain or cryptocurrency projects.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
