Blockchain Project Manager

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and organized Blockchain Project Manager to lead and deliver complex blockchain initiatives in Derby . You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires a strong understanding of blockchain technology, coupled with exceptional project management skills. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive projects from inception to deployment in the fast-paced crypto and blockchain industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Manage project execution, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among development teams, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks and dependencies, proactively addressing potential issues.
• Ensure successful delivery of blockchain projects, meeting quality standards and business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, with a significant portion focused on blockchain or technology projects.
• Solid understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• PMP or other relevant project management certification is a strong asset.
