About the Role
Our client is seeking an organized and experienced Blockchain Project Manager to lead key initiatives within their innovative company, based in Bristol . This role is central to the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects in the rapidly evolving crypto and blockchain sector. You will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and resources, while fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of blockchain technology, and a proven ability to manage projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor blockchain projects from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality blockchain solutions and products.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager , with a significant portion of that experience in the blockchain or cryptocurrency space.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology , smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
