About the Role

Our client is seeking an organized and experienced Blockchain Project Manager to lead key initiatives within their innovative technology division in Edinburgh . This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage the lifecycle of blockchain projects, from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will be instrumental in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving the successful adoption of blockchain solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets for blockchain initiatives.
• Coordinate and lead project teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts, ensuring clear communication and task management.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating where necessary.
• Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular progress updates and reports.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices within the crypto and blockchain sector.

Requirements

• Proven experience (4+ years) in project management, with a significant portion (2+ years) dedicated to managing blockchain or cryptocurrency projects.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, its applications, and the project lifecycle within this domain.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
• Experience working within a hybrid model in Edinburgh , demonstrating adaptability and collaboration.
