Blockchain Project Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and organized Blockchain Project Manager to lead and deliver complex blockchain initiatives, working remotely to serve their diverse client base, including those in Bristol, South West England, UK . You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of blockchain projects, from initiation and planning through execution and closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is critical for driving successful adoption of blockchain technology within various industries under the Crypto & Blockchain umbrella.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in blockchain project delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex technology projects, with a significant focus on blockchain or distributed ledger technologies.
• Strong understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, including smart contracts, dApps, and various protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
