About the Role

Our client is seeking an organized and forward-thinking Blockchain Project Manager to lead the successful execution of complex blockchain initiatives. You will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all aspects of blockchain projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This hybrid role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between technical experts and business stakeholders. Working from our Plymouth office, you will play a vital role in driving innovation and bringing groundbreaking blockchain solutions to market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets for blockchain projects.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, ensuring effective execution and problem-solving.
• Coordinate with development teams, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Track project progress, prepare status reports, and present updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, with a significant track record in managing blockchain or technology projects .
• Solid understanding of blockchain technology , smart contracts, and dApp development lifecycles.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or Agile certification is highly desirable.
