Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and manage daily project execution, tracking progress and identifying potential risks.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and project methodologies, particularly those relevant to blockchain development .
• Manage project budgets and report on project status, risks, and issues regularly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Manager, with a demonstrated track record in managing technology projects.
• Solid understanding of blockchain concepts , smart contracts, and the cryptocurrency landscape.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
