About the Role

Our client, a rapidly expanding innovator in the crypto and blockchain field, is seeking an organized and driven Blockchain Project Manager to oversee key initiatives from their Brighton office. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, coordinating the efforts of internal resources and third parties to deliver projects exactly as defined. This role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies and a keen interest in the evolving world of decentralized technologies, fostering efficient project delivery and a collaborative team spirit, ensuring successful outcomes for all blockchain related ventures.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management for blockchain initiatives.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Coordinate and manage all project activities, including development, testing, and deployment of crypto solutions.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketing.

Requirements

• Proven working experience in project management, preferably within the tech or blockchain industry.
• Solid organizational skills, with emphasis on detail and excellent multitasking abilities.
• Strong working knowledge of project management software and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrency concepts, and the decentralized ecosystem.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, with strong written and verbal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
