Blockchain Project Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and organized Blockchain Project Manager to lead their diverse project portfolio, working remotely. This role requires a leader who can effectively manage the planning, execution, and delivery of complex blockchain and crypto initiatives from inception to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This is a key position for driving strategic growth and innovation within the decentralized technology space.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end project management of blockchain and crypto projects, ensuring successful delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular progress reports and updates.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices within the blockchain domain.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex technology projects, with a significant focus on blockchain or cryptocurrency projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Experience working with remote teams and utilizing project management software.
• PMP, Prince 2, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
