About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative Blockchain Solutions Architect to join their growing technology team based in Newcastle upon Tyne . You will play a crucial role in designing and overseeing the implementation of complex blockchain solutions, ensuring they meet business objectives and technical requirements. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and business analysts, to create scalable, secure, and efficient decentralized systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of blockchain technology and its potential applications across various industries, contributing to the strategic direction of our client's blockchain initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end blockchain architectures and integration strategies.
• Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain platforms and technologies for specific use cases.
• Develop technical blueprints and documentation for blockchain solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assess the feasibility and risks associated with implementing new blockchain technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in software architecture, with a significant focus on blockchain technology .
• In-depth knowledge of various blockchain protocols (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Corda) and their consensus mechanisms.
• Experience in designing and deploying distributed ledger solutions for enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of cryptography, smart contracts, and decentralized application development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their integration with blockchain services is a plus.
