About the Role

Our client is looking for a visionary Blockchain Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of innovative blockchain strategies from their office in Leeds . This role is critical in translating business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure blockchain architectures. You will work closely with executive leadership, product teams, and engineering leads to define the technical roadmap for our blockchain initiatives, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and emerging trends in the crypto and blockchain space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in architecting complex distributed systems and a deep understanding of various blockchain platforms and their applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and document comprehensive blockchain architecture blueprints for new products and features.
• Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain platforms, protocols, and technologies based on project requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate architectural designs and explore new use cases.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of all blockchain solutions designed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in software architecture, with a significant focus on blockchain technology and distributed systems.
• Deep understanding of various blockchain protocols (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric) and their respective strengths and weaknesses.
• Proficiency in smart contract development and best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
