About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and technically adept Blockchain Solutions Architect to join their pioneering team in Cardiff . You will be responsible for designing and architecting robust, scalable, and secure blockchain solutions that align with business objectives and leverage the latest advancements in distributed ledger technology. This role demands a deep understanding of both blockchain protocols and enterprise system integration. Key Responsibilities

• Design high-level and detailed architectural blueprints for blockchain-based solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate blockchain platforms, consensus mechanisms, and smart contract frameworks.
• Define integration strategies for blockchain solutions with existing enterprise systems and APIs.
• Develop technical roadmaps and governance models for blockchain implementations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical designs.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for new blockchain technologies and use cases.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years in enterprise architecture or solution design, with at least 4 years focused on blockchain technologies .
• Extensive knowledge of various blockchain protocols (e.g., Hyperledger Fabric, Ethereum, Corda) and their applications.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex distributed systems and DLT solutions.
• Strong understanding of cryptography, network security, and smart contract development principles.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their integration with blockchain.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences in Cardiff .
