Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end blockchain solutions, from conceptualization to deployment, for various business use cases.
• Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain platforms, protocols, and technologies based on project requirements.
• Develop technical specifications, architectural blueprints, and integration strategies for blockchain systems.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to development teams working on blockchain projects.
• Ensure that blockchain architectures meet stringent security, performance, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and business development teams to define and refine blockchain strategies and roadmaps.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with a specialized focus on blockchain technology and distributed systems.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade blockchain solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of various blockchain frameworks (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Corda) and smart contract development.
• Strong understanding of consensus algorithms, cryptographic principles, and tokenomics.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
