About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Blockchain Solutions Architect to join their expanding technology team in Stoke-on-Trent . This role is essential for designing and overseeing the implementation of innovative blockchain solutions tailored to meet specific business needs. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that proposed blockchain architectures are scalable, secure, and efficient. As a key player in the Crypto & Blockchain domain, you will leverage your expertise to guide the company's strategic direction in adopting and deploying cutting-edge distributed ledger technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end blockchain solutions, including network architecture, smart contracts, and integration points.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into technical requirements.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate blockchain platforms and technologies (e.g., public, private, consortium).
• Develop technical specifications, proof-of-concepts, and architectural blueprints.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of all blockchain solutions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in blockchain architecture and development, with a strong portfolio of successful implementations.
• Deep understanding of various blockchain protocols, consensus mechanisms, and smart contract development.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in blockchain development (e.g., Solidity, Go, Java).
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
