£45,000 £55,000 + Vehicle + Package

We are recruiting for a leading Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) specialist who is looking to add a skilled BMS Engineer to their Northern Ireland team. This role offers excellent variety across service, maintenance, and commissioning projects.

What you will be doing:

• Commissioning, servicing, and troubleshooting BMS control systems (Trend, Tridium, Siemens, or Schneider)
• Writing, modifying, and optimizing software graphics and strategies
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive faults on client sites
• Providing exceptional technical support and advice to end-users and facilities managers
• Ensuring all building automation systems run at peak energy efficiency

What we need from you:

• Proven experience working as a BMS Service, Commissioning, or Applications Engineer
• Strong working knowledge of major BMS platforms (e.g., Trend, Tridium, Schneider EcoStruxure, or Siemens Desigo)
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems, electrical control panels, and industry protocols (BACnet, Modbus)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
