I’m currently supporting a well-established, ambitious BMS integrator that’s looking for a Project Manager to cover Manchester and the surrounding area. If you’re ready to lead projects from handover to completion, I’d like to hear from you.

My client has 25+ years across BMS; They install, upgrade and optimise intelligent control systems for large commercial and high-end residential buildings, and they support those buildings throughout their life. It’s a business that cares how a building performs long after handover, and it invests in its people.

The role

• Own BMS projects from handover to completion, covering design, installation and commissioning

• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, procurement and programmes

• Produce technical documentation, RAMS and control strategies

• Manage budgets, variations, risks and customer relationships

• Deliver every project safely, on time and within budget

What they’re looking for

• Strong technical knowledge of BMS, ideally across Trend, Tridium and Schneider

• A track record of managing projects from handover through to completion

• Confidence leading engineers and subcontractors, and the people skills to keep customers on side

• A commercial head for budgets, variations and risk
