We're looking for an experienced BMS Service Engineer with strong Siemens experience to join an established team covering commercial and critical environments.

The role

• PPM and reactive BMS service
• Fault finding and diagnostics
• Siemens Desigo / PX systems
• BMS software modifications and graphics
• Trend and alarm analysis
• Commissioning and optimisation
• Fault finding across AHUs, FCUs, chillers, boilers, pumps and VAVs
• Working with controllers, sensors, actuators and valves
• Customer-facing service and technical support
• Completing service reports and documentation

Looking for:

• BMS Service / Controls Engineering experience
• Strong Siemens BMS experience
• Desigo / PX experience highly desirable
• Good HVAC controls knowledge
• Strong fault-finding skills
• Understanding of BMS networks / BACnet / Modbus
• Ability to read control schematics and drawings
• Full UK driving licence

Commercial, healthcare, data centre or other critical environment experience would be beneficial.
