Boutique Hotel Manager

About the Role

Our client is looking for a charismatic and experienced Boutique Hotel Manager to lead their charming property located in Cardiff . This role is integral to maintaining the unique character and high standards of guest service that define boutique hospitality. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the hotel, including overseeing front desk operations, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The hybrid nature of this role allows for strategic remote planning while maintaining a strong presence on-site to engage with guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all hotel operations, ensuring a seamless and personalized guest experience.
• Lead, train, and inspire a dedicated team of hotel staff across various departments.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, loyalty, and online reviews.
• Manage hotel budgets, control expenses, and explore opportunities for revenue growth.
• Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety throughout the property.
• Build and foster positive relationships with guests, suppliers, and the local community.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hotel Manager, preferably in a boutique or small luxury hotel setting.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and customer service principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage both on-site operations and remote strategic planning effectively.
