Key Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve financial and operational goals.
• Lead, train, and motivate the hotel staff to deliver outstanding guest service.
• Oversee marketing, sales, and revenue management efforts to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain high standards of quality in guest rooms, public areas, and F&B outlets.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Hotel Manager or senior management role in hospitality .
• Proven track record of successful hotel operations and P&L management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for delivering personalized guest experiences.
• Experience in managing boutique or independent hotels is highly desirable.
• Relevant degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
