We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable independent automotive business for the position of a Branch Manager in Bournemouth. This is an excellent Branch Manager opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional looking to lead a busy workshop and play a pivotal role in the company's ongoing growth. The ideal Branch Manager will possess strong mechanical skills, proven managerial experience, and a customer-focused approach.

Oversee the daily operations of the Bournemouth branch to ensure efficiency and high standards Manage, motivate, and develop a team of technicians and support staff Act as the primary point of contact for customers and suppliers, maintaining strong relationships Implement and monitor operational procedures to optimise workflow and quality control Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies Contribute to strategic planning and future growth initiativesRequirements:
