We're looking for an experienced estate agent, Sales Negotiator or Lister ready to step into a Branch Manager role at Connells in Blandford Forum.

You don't need previous management experience. Bring your estate agency experience, drive and willingness to learn, and we'll provide the training, coaching and support to help you become a confident branch leader.

Your Role

You'll stay close to what you enjoy about estate agency while building your leadership skills:

• Value and list properties, win instructions and grow local market share
• Support, motivate and develop your team
• Drive sales and help the branch achieve its targets
• Build lasting relationships with sellers and buyers
• Take ownership of day-to-day branch performance, with guidance as you develop

What We're Looking For

• Experience in residential estate agency, with a strong sales record
• Valuation and listing experience, with the confidence to win business
• The ambition to take more responsibility and bring out the best in others
• A proactive, organised approach and the resilience to keep things moving
• A full UK driving licence
