Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the daily operations of the branch to ensure optimal efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage branch staff, including recruitment, training, performance management, and scheduling.
• Develop and implement local strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage branch finances, including budgeting, expense control, and P&L responsibility.
• Maintain high standards of service delivery, resolving customer issues and complaints effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Branch Management or senior operations role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and drive performance in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and P&L statements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
• Relevant professional qualification or degree in Business Management preferred.
