Brand Ambassador - FMCG

About the Role

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and charismatic Brand Ambassador to represent their exciting FMCG products and engage with consumers across the Oxford area. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of the brand, promoting products at events, in-store activations, and other consumer-facing activities. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for consumer goods, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect with people on a personal level, contributing to brand awareness and driving trial.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the brand positively and professionally at all times during events and activations.
• Engage with consumers, educate them about product features and benefits, and answer queries.
• Promote products through demonstrations, sampling, and persuasive communication.
• Collect consumer feedback and insights, reporting them back to the marketing team.
• Assist in setting up and managing promotional stands and displays.
• Drive product trial and encourage brand loyalty among consumers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, marketing, or events.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Outgoing personality and a genuine passion for promoting brands.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional evenings as needed in Oxford .
• Must be enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the FMCG industry or willing to learn quickly.
