Brand Ambassador - FMCG

About the Role

Our client is seeking enthusiastic and charismatic Brand Ambassadors to represent their exciting range of FMCG products in and around Wolverhampton . In this part-time role, you will be the face of the brand at promotional events, in-store activations, and consumer sampling activities. Your primary goal will be to generate excitement, educate consumers about product benefits, and drive trial and purchase. This is a fantastic opportunity for outgoing individuals who enjoy interacting with people and have a passion for consumer brands to gain experience in marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the brand positively and professionally at various promotional events and retail locations.
• Engage with consumers, providing information about product features, benefits, and special offers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and sampling activities to encourage trial.
• Collect consumer feedback and provide insights to the marketing team to inform future strategies.
• Drive brand awareness and generate excitement for the products within the target demographic.
• Achieve specific targets for consumer engagement and product trial at events.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or brand promotion is advantageous.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Passion for FMCG products and a genuine interest in engaging with consumers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a promotional team.
