This is a hands-on creative leadership role.

The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of how the Not Just Travel brand is expressed across our business, ensuring everything we create feels consistent, engaging and unmistakably NJT.

Leading a small in-house creative team, you'll balance creative quality with practical delivery, supporting campaigns, events, digital channels and our wider Travel Consultant network.

You'll also develop the tools, templates and training that help people across the business create great on-brand content themselves.

What You'll Be Doing

Brand Leadership & Creative Direction

• Own brand standards, guidelines, approvals and consistency across HQ and the Travel Consultant network.
• Set creative direction and quality standards across digital, print, campaigns and events.
• Personally design and produce high-quality campaign, brand and sales-enablement materials, from concept to finished artwork.
• Review creative work, provide constructive feedback and ensure outputs meet commercial and audience needs.
• Oversee branding for events, new websites and other high-impact applications.

Creative Operations & Team Management

• Lead and develop the Senior Creative Executive and Creative Executive.
• Manage creative briefs, workflow, priorities and production schedules.
• Work with Marketing Operations to decide what should be produced internally, outsourced or made available through self-service.
• Manage creative agencies, freelancers, photographers, videographers and production suppliers.
• Maintain photography and video libraries, including asset permissions, usage rights and accessibility.
• Monitor creative capacity, delivery quality and opportunities to improve efficiency.

Empowering Our Travel Consultants

Our Travel Consultants need practical, professional creative resources to help promote their businesses.

You'll take ownership of our Design Hub and Marketplace, ensuring templates, brand assets and self-service resources are current, accessible and easy to use.

You'll also deliver brand and creative training to colleagues and Travel Consultants, helping them confidently represent Not Just Travel across their own marketing channels.

About You

We're looking for an accomplished designer who has progressed into creative leadership without losing their passion for the craft.

You'll bring:

• Proven experience leading brand and creative delivery while remaining a confident, hands-on designer.
• A strong portfolio of personally designed work, including brand systems and multichannel campaigns across digital and print.
• Advanced graphic design skills, with an excellent understanding of typography, layout, imagery and accessible design.
• Experience taking creative projects from concept through to final artwork and production.
• Strong brand governance, quality control and approval experience.
• Experience managing designers, suppliers, workflows and competing creative briefs.
• Confidence presenting creative ideas, training others and providing constructive feedback.
• The ability to balance creative ambition with commercial priorities, deadlines and practical business needs.

Experience developing reusable design templates, creative resource libraries or self-service brand platforms would be particularly valuable.

The Person Behind the Portfolio

You're creative, but you're also practical.

You care about beautiful design, but you understand that great creative work needs to communicate clearly, serve its audience and support the business.

You're happy to roll up your sleeves and design something yourself, while also giving your team the direction, encouragement and space to grow.

You bring fresh ideas, welcome feedback and know how to protect brand quality without slowing everything down.

Why Not Just Travel?

This is an opportunity to influence the creative identity of a travel brand and help shape how it's experienced by customers, colleagues and a wider community of Travel Consultants.

You'll have the variety of hands-on design, brand leadership, team development and creative innovation, with the opportunity to make a visible impact.

If you're a creative leader who still loves to design, we'd love to see your work.
