About the Role

This role is instrumental in executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive consumer engagement, and support sales growth. You will work closely with the Brand Manager on campaign execution, market analysis, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for assigned FMCG brands .
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights for brand strategy.
• Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral, including digital assets, social media content, and promotional materials.
• Support the Brand Manager in managing budgets and tracking campaign performance.
• Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Monitor social media channels and engage with consumers to build brand community.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Some experience in marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry or an agency environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
