About the Role
Our client is seeking a strategic and creative Brand Marketing Manager to lead brand initiatives for their key FMCG products in Oxford . This senior role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that drive market share, consumer loyalty, and profitable growth. You will oversee all aspects of brand management, from market research and campaign development to product positioning and performance analysis, working closely with cross-functional teams. This is a key leadership position for an experienced marketer looking to make a substantial impact in a dynamic and competitive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated brand marketing strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, consumer research, and competitive benchmarking.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.
- Manage brand P&L, advertising budgets, and promotional activities for assigned brands.
- Collaborate with product development, sales, and commercial teams to ensure brand alignment and success.
- Monitor brand health, sales performance, and ROI, making strategic recommendations for optimisation.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Brand Marketing Manager or similar senior marketing role within the FMCG sector.
- Demonstrated success in developing and launching impactful brand strategies and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to translate consumer insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
